On the last Thursday of the month, we will be hosting a comedy night. An MC and three comics will come down and share a little bit of loltastic hahas.
The evening will be hosted by Em Coombes:
"A lovely lady with little filter and big energy. Ems had a stroke and brain hemorrhage at 17 and has been ducking awesome ever since" - A Press of Suspects
Ian’s structured puns/one-liners often belie his innocent/unique look with cheeky innuendo and double-entendres. His set-ups are often based in truth, but he would like to stress the punchlines generally are not!
Edward is a recovering Chartered Accountant who turned to comedy in his late 60's. He uses his long experience of life and more recent experience as a vegan to reflect on life and identify the funny things we all do.
** Melanie Drew has had to cancel due to illness. However, we are happy to introduce her replacement, Andrew Watts! Andrew Watts is an “exquisitely funny” (Time Out) comedian, with a distinctive style and very original material. Lawyer turned comedian, Andrew’s humour is intelligent without distancing himself from the audience. His Edinburgh show ‘Feminism for Chaps’ received critical acclaim (*** Chortle)
